Privacy policy

This policy explains how Meanwhile handles personal information collected through this website.

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you submit a form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, and any message you include.

Advertising and campaign data. If you reach this site from an advertisement, the link carries an identifier from the advertising network along with campaign parameters. We store these so that a later enquiry can be attributed to the campaign that produced it.

Technical data. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and request metadata in order to deliver the page and to protect the service from abuse.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use Google Tag Manager to load measurement and advertising tags. Those tags may set cookies used to measure advertising performance and to recognise returning visitors.

We also store your consent choice and the campaign attribution described above in your browser's local storage. Attribution is retained for up to 90 days from your first visit and is removed when it expires.

Where consent is required, advertising and analytics storage is denied until you choose otherwise, and measurement runs in a reduced mode that does not use identifiers. If you decline, we do not store campaign attribution in your browser.

How we use and share information

We use the information to respond to enquiries, to measure which campaigns produce them, and to improve the pages themselves.

When you submit a form, Google Ads may receive a securely hashed version of your email address to match the enquiry to an advertisement and improve conversion measurement. Google does not receive the plain-text address through this process.

We share measurement data with the advertising and analytics providers whose tags are described above, acting as our processors or as independent controllers under their own terms. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights and choices

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the cookie controls on this site, and you can clear stored data by clearing your browser's site data.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive a copy in portable form. You may also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@meanwhile.bm.
